Unit 1 Reflection
- One thing that I learned in this unit that I didn’t learn before is what humanities criticism is. I had a general understanding of it but now I have more clarity on the meaning.
- I already knew about media reviews but I never wrote one until now which is nice.
- There isn’t anything that I am unsure about from what you taught in class.
- I am most proud of writing the academic review because I put the most detail and thought into this assignment, also because it was an essay so I was able to write more.
- There isn’t anything that I would want to revise in my writing for this unit.
- My engagement for this unit is a 10 out of 10 because I always hand in my work on time and I put my best efforts into each one.
- In this unit, I stayed focused while doing my assignments so that I was able to be successful. By limiting distractions, I achieved good grades on my assignments.
- There isn’t anything different that I would do for next unit. As long as I maintain my engagement to assignments I feel like I will be successful in the next unit.
- I feel like I had enough resources for this unit.
- I do not think you should change anything about the structure of the course going forward. I feel like the ability to choose which grading style students prefer allows them to have a great learning environment considering we are online. You are very understanding and students, and myself, really appreciate that. 🙂
- I would discuss media reviews in my life. I tend to watch reviews on YouTube as it is as well as discussing shows with friends.
